Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Has at least 3 years relevant experience in IT Business Analysis.
- Experienced in Business processes such as requirements gathering, Business User Requirement (BUR), UAT, etc.
- Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops.
- Adept in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and managing deliverables.
- Experience in the Banking industry is a plus but not required.
- Good-to-have Skills: Well-versed with Agile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understands and analyzes current business processes, identifies gaps, and pain points of the client.
- Coordinates with business users and project managers for data gathering.
- Elicits and analyzes information from various sources; Documents requirements resulting from analysis.
- Facilitates walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure accurate capturing of requirements.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to provide recommended IT solutions and process improvement plans.
- Conducts user acceptance testing and provides post-implementation support to stakeholders.
- Document user manuals, training decks, and other job-related activities as assigned.

Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
