Job Description
The employee candidate will become part of our growing sales team with the following tasks:
- Prospecting and engaging IT customers.
- Act as an IT product advisor to customers.
- Address customer objections and provide assistance until issues are solved.
- Performing evaluation and performance appraisal.
- Able to accommodate customers and offer a delightful buying experience.
- Assemble PC components and configure modern laptops for customers.
- Assist customers with their post-sales service requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Possesses technical knowledge in computers, printers, and other IT products.
- Capable of assembling PC components and configuring laptops in both Windows and IOS.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel software.
- Excellent in communicating ideas, critical thinker, team worker, good in time management, capable of multitasking, self-starter, knows how to drive and willing to travel.
