Job Description
1. End to end recruitment
- Schedule applicants for various openings
- Interviews and shortlist of applicants for the GM to review
- Orientation
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Prepare payroll information by collecting time and attendance records of employees
- Listen and act immediately on the grievances of employees
3. Training and Development of employees
- Preparation of models and materials for employee training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,470.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
