- Manage day-to-day operations within the hub, track team performance and improvement
- Ensure procedures and regulations are followed
- Lead team briefings and meetings, and enhance staff KPIs
- Enhance internal processes to improve SLA
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment and leadership roles
