Job Description
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; E-filing of business documents, contracts, and ECDR.
- Remind accounts on past due.
- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
- Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Resolves pricing discrepancies by researching details on delivery notice against invoices; forwarding resolution to manager.
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
- Provides Sales vs. Projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Print and scan proposal/price notices and email to notify customer/s.
- Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidation, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats, and materials.
- Preparing and distributing monthly reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- With knowledge in conducting market research.
- Excellence, efficiency & evolving continually are essential to succeed in this role.

Salary: Php429.00 per day
