Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Coordinator for Corporate Actions who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of corporate actions processing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services along with expertise in corporate actions and securities processing. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing enhancements to streamline processes.
Key qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, at least 2 years of experience in corporate actions processing, and proficiency in relevant software systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
