Job Description
Employee is required to wear Lala Chan (Mascot), do hosting, singing, and dancing.
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote culture, mission of Aeon Fantasy. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high-volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
- Delivers legendary customer service to all customers, especially to the children by acting a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Discovers and responds to customer needs, and most of all give important to the safety and cleanliness of the store.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral/ or written instruction and request clarification when needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least high school graduate or college level with customer service experience.
- Background in Indoor Playground or in the same field is an advantage.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Basic computer literate.
- Can work with minimal supervision and multitasking (Admin task and cashiering).
- Can work in shifting schedule (Mall-Based Store).
Deployment Location: Sta. Rosa Laguna
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
