Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter 1. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a keen eye for talent.
Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required.
