Job Description
As an Operations Technician (OSTS Supervisor), you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our Offshore Thruster System (OSTS). Your duties will include supervising a team of technicians, conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key requirements for this position include a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in offshore operations and a relevant technical certification will be advantageous.
