Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up procedures for accounts receivable and collections
- Manage reimbursement processes for assigned third-party accounts
- Apply cash and denials to appropriate accounts
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; College education preferred
- Prior experience in Contact or Call Center and Customer Service roles
- Strong comprehension and communication skills
- Healthcare knowledge/experience (US)
