Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6 months experience as Technical Support Staff.
- Competitive Salary based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administer user endpoint devices including software installation and troubleshooting.
- Provide 1st level IT support to users.
- Oversee 3rd Party service provider for user support.
- Assist with research on endpoint technologies.
- Conduct User Satisfaction Surveys (USAT).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
