Sales Trainer at Flexscale
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the selling skills of our sales team. Key responsibilities include creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and developing others.
