Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
HANDLES THE PREPARATION AND THE PROCESSING OF PAYABLE VOUCHERS FOR ALL REQUEST FOR PAYMENT OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND SUPPLIERS.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles commissions, contractors’, and suppliers’ payables.
- Logs and forwards approved Accounts Payable Vouchers to Finance & Treasury Department.
- Receives and checks suppliers’ Purchase Orders for Voucher preparation.
- Encodes Receiving Reports to the Management Information System.
- Posts and monitors advances to suppliers disbursement vouchers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Accountancy graduate.
- At least 6 months related work experience.
- Proficient in Excel, good communication, and human relation skills.
- Immediate availability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
