Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor, specializing in Korean language support. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting Korean-speaking customers with inquiries, concerns, and providing top-notch service.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, emails, and chats professionally, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Korean and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong customer-oriented mindset.
