Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager II, Training. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our employees. You will work closely with various department heads to identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance employee skills.
- Develop and implement training programs
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
- Evaluate and enhance current training initiatives
- Lead a team of trainers and training coordinators
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
