Job Description
As a Sales Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our sales team. Your main goal is to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and overall performance to drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate with sales managers to assess training needs, design engaging curriculum, and conduct interactive training sessions. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement is also part of your role.
