Job Description
We are seeking Store Officers in Davao City to join our team at VjANDEP Ventures Incorporated.
- Must hold a degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- Responsible for assigning tasks, motivating employees, and achieving targets.
- Supervise the arrangement of displays and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Manage inventory, stocks, and related reports efficiently.
- Ensure the proper approval process for discounts, returns, and exchanges.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
