Job Description
Webhelp Pasay is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat. Your duties will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
We are looking for individuals who have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
