Job Description
As a Technical I in the Global IT Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing technical support for global IT issues. Your role includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assisting users with technical inquiries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to IT support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Collaborating with other IT teams to solve complex issues.
