Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Spec, CC Quality Assurance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Customer Care services through monitoring and evaluating customer interactions.
Your main tasks will include reviewing calls, emails, and chat interactions to assess adherence to quality standards, providing feedback to agents, and identifying areas for improvement in service delivery. Strong communication skills and a critical eye for detail are essential.
