POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Operations Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates to gather insights in day-to-day process operations to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Follows up and monitors initiatives until completion, including reporting to stakeholders.
- Estimates, tracks, and reports on initiative results.
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends off
Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open to college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
- Requires at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay
- Confident in client communication via email and phone calls
