Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, and Acknowledgement Receipt
- Review completeness of surgical case reports submitted by Product Specialists
- Updating inventory based on used items reflected in case reports
- Coordination of delivery schedule
- Reviewing of inventory for release and inventory received from surgical cases
- Review PCSO documents
- Answer telephone inquiries
- Confirmation of documents from hospitals prior to collection
- Coordinating with patients about quotation
- Other duties that might be assigned by direct supplier
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
- Willing to work in Makati City
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
