Responsibilities
Client Specific tasks:
The Client Success Specialist will work with international clients, providing support, customer service, and implementing educational programs for members. Responsibilities include managing customer support, onboarding, and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Strong understanding of CRM principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Flexible in any shift schedule
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
