Job Description
As a Trainer II, you will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for employees. You will work closely with the Training Manager to design effective training materials and deliver engaging sessions.
Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, preparing training plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will also provide feedback to employees and monitor their progress to ensure learning objectives are met.
