Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor in Alabang working with RCX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, emails, and chats, maintaining customer records, and escalating complex issues when needed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience and proficiency in English are required.
