JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and back office support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Deliver top-tier customer support promptly and accurately through chat and email.
- Execute back-office tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve optimal results.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO customer service experience on an international account.
- Proficiency in chat and email communication preferred.
- Prior technical account experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in learning new technologies.
- High attention to detail and willingness to work night shifts.
