Job Description
Qualifications:
- Accomplished any Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years+ knowledgeable in E2E Site Acquisition and Permitting process.
- Experience in FTK.
- Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating commercial lease with lessor.
- Responsible in preparation of permitting application and negotiation with local government unit.
- Knowledgeable in ownership or property documents.
- Responsible in negotiation and securing lease documents.
- Responsible in troubleshooting and monitoring site progress.
- Ensure day-to-day efficiency and planning.
- Willing to work in the NCR area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
