Job Description
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of our team during your assigned shift. Your main goal is to provide excellent customer service, maintain high operational standards, and support the team in achieving their targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees during your shift
- Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team
We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role and a thorough understanding of the industry are preferred.
