Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or college level.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Above average to excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
- Validation of driver applicant requirements.
- Encoding of onboarding application through client tools.
- Ensure all submission documents are correct based on requirements and guidelines.
- Assist in change in vehicle classification.
- Monitor the status of applications.
- Provide feedback on application status or rectify if needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php14,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
