Position Overview:
This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience for users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in account setup, management, and troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality service.
