Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Representative to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. As a Representative, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, assist them with their needs, and promote our products and services. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
