Job Description
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder (with relevant certification is desired)
- Substantial experience in fleet management, transportation, or similar role
- Working knowledge of fleet maintenance software programs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members
- With valid Philippine driver’s license
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Coach drivers on performance
- Investigate accidents and incidents
- Schedule and dispatch vehicles and drivers
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Keep accurate records of vehicle data
- Manage the fleet budget
- Stay updated on relevant regulations
- Train new drivers and staff
- Perform other assigned duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Php25,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
