Job Description
Experience Required:
- 7 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively.
- Offer technical expertise and continuously improve development processes.
- Act as a primary contact for stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Additional Notes:
- Position with a multinational construction company.
- Work Setup: Hybrid, Mon-Fri.
- Full-time, Permanent position with monthly salary Php150,00.00.
