Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries: Call center agents must be knowledgeable about the company’s products and services and provide accurate information to customers.
- Taking orders: Call center agents are responsible for processing orders and providing shipping information.
- Resolving complaints: Agents must handle customer complaints effectively.
- Escalating issues: If necessary, escalate problems to a supervisor.
- Meeting performance metrics: Expected to meet set performance goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
