Job Description
I. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares and manages payroll, fringe benefits using HRIS
- Coordinates CompBen processes and communication
- Assists in government filings and reports
- Prepares monthly reports and cost analysis
- Closely works with HR Lead on various functions
II. Competencies and Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BSBA Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related field
- Knowledge in HRIS payroll and MS Office
- Proven analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Holidays, Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
