Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support users for their IT needs
- Responsible for enabling user access to PCs and the internet.
- Install operating systems and authorized software on PCs used for daily operations.
- Configure network cabling and set up PCs to access the network.
- Troubleshoot PC, software, and network issues, resolving them promptly.
- Conduct monthly preventive maintenance on PCs by cleaning and updating Windows software patches.
- Provide technical instructions and guidelines on best practices for users’ PCs.
- Monitor security breaches and block detected IPs attempting to penetrate the system.
- Maintain target quantity and high-quality voice records for CSR review.
- Update open-source applications by monitoring new version releases.
- Collaborate with the RED team in the tester group.
- Cloud computing experience is a plus.
