Job Description
1. Provides General Affairs, HR, and Admin support services to all Departments by maximizing the potential of employees.
2. Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any course
3. 2 or more years of relevant work experience in the same capacity
4. Fundamental trainings on Human Resources, Trainings on Labor code, etc.
5. Ability to prepare, receive and disseminate all internal and external communications based on the standards of the company.
6. Assists on the preparation of draft internal and external correspondences and includes the reference and control number from the Safety, Quality, Planning Section.
7. Knowledge in Recruitment, Payroll, Handling Disciplinary Cases, Attend Labor Cases, etc.
8. Coordinates other related communications, i.e., scheduled meetings, appointments, etc.
9. Receives documents or files needed for record and safe keeping i.e., attendance records, contracts, business permits, 201 file, etc.
10. Assists on answering any admin support or inquiries of employees, i.e., employee compensation and benefits, HR policies, etc.
11. Knowledge of preparing internal and external correspondences.
12. Advance knowledge in MS Office applications.

Pay: Php21,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
