Job Description
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management course is an advantage
- Has Three (3) years worked experience as HR Generalist in a Manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Strong background in Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, OSH Audit, Engagement, and Training
- Strong leadership skills and strong decision making is an advantage
- Strong personality and a people person individual
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
