Job Description
- Responsible for computation of Payroll for direct hire employees and consultants
- Responsible for computation of overtime, night differential and holiday pay.
- Counter checks DTR, OT, ND and Holiday applications
- Segregate payslip per branch before distribution
- Computes withholding tax monthly
- Prepares 1601-C Bir Form monthly (TKI, DSI, GCI, Manna Concept and United Summit
- Computation of 13th Month Pay
- Computation of ITR yearly
- Prepares alpha list at the end of the year
- ATM application for newly hired
- Checking and preparing the Agency Billing
- Computation of salary for RMs, SMs, and all borrowed employees for Franchisee
- Prepare request for billing for borrowed employees
- Performs other related functions as assigned by the Management
