Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, screen, and forward calls
- Schedule and book appointments, meetings, and events
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform basic queries
- Make copies, search, and file records
- Review office equipment and order substitute
- Keep the waiting area tidy and sanitary
- Plan and set appointments for leaders and high-level employees
