Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the clinical team and client team.
- Determine customer eligibility by reviewing contractual language and medical documentation.
- Assess medical appropriateness of claims submitted, and adjust claims as needed.
- Pay all covered claims accurately and timely.
- Manage both new claims and open claims equally and maintain decision turnaround times.
Required Skills:
- Active PHRN License holder.
- Must have 6 months bedside experience (required).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule in Alabang.
Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with Global Business Services solutions.
- Working Set-up: Onsite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
