PROJECT NAME: BPO Mobilization
POSITION TITLE: Mobilization Specialist
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities. Execute issue identification and resolution, and maintain customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Mobilization Leads and Outsourcing Solution Architects
- Support Transition Program Manager in cost estimation and work plan development
- Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
- Apply advanced analytical skills
- Lead workstream delivery
- Implement Service Transition programs
- Adhere to Mobilization methods
- Manage client relationships
- Lead designs and build components
- Provide peer review and contribute to Mobilization capabilities
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years work experience in PMO
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Open to any industry
