Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Recruitment and Selection: Overseeing the recruitment process, including conducting interviews.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and implementing employee development.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Several years in HR management or leadership roles.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
