Job Description
As a Permitting Officer and Site Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the acquisition and permitting process for various construction and development projects. This role involves obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from local authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
You will work closely with project managers, government agencies, and landowners to secure the required permits for the development and construction activities. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role to navigate the complexities of permitting and land acquisition.
