Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Consult with Directors and Associate Directors to identify leadership development needs and performance gaps.
- Facilitate training effectively utilizing a variety of delivery mechanisms.
- Build bench strength through high performing programs.
- Use positive reinforcements and adult learning techniques.
- Identify training opportunities through working knowledge of the job.
- Develop post training support tools.
Recommended Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program delivery/facilitation skills.
- 3+ years of Call Center Operations Management experience.
- Thorough understanding of Adult Learning Principles.
- Talent for conducting effective presentations.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
