Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support our top executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling travel arrangements, and conducting research. The Executive Virtual Assistant must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and communication tools to coordinate tasks effectively.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar position is preferred.
