Job Description
Our company, Delta Earthmoving Inc., is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Maintenance Superintendent. As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and programs
- Managing a team of maintenance staff and contractors
- Ensuring all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and repaired
- Monitoring maintenance activities and identifying areas for improvement
- Preparing and managing maintenance budgets
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance
- Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
