Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, verification of employments, and maintaining forms
- Maintain organization tables, job descriptions, and other related documents
- Attend training to enhance knowledge and skills
- Process permits, accounts, and collections
- Update books of accounts and inventories
- Manage document monitoring and customer relationship systems
- Liaise with deliveries, pick up items, and submit documents
- Handle accounting tasks and invoicing
- Source materials, supplies, and equipment
- Facilitate purchasing process and follow up on orders
- Inspect received products for quality
- Maintain records of purchases and inventory
- Provide general client/supplier support
- Create operational reports and attend meetings
