Job Description
SELL MERCHANDISE: Create positive shopping experiences to boost sales by offering excellent service, showcasing products, and setting the right ambience.
SELL TO CUSTOMERS: Engage with customers, highlight product features, benefits, and promotions to drive purchases.
DISPLAY ITEMS: Maintain a visually appealing product display based on guidelines and manage customer-handled items.
CHECK ITEMS FOR DEFECTS: Ensure product quality, price tags, and stock levels; collaborate with stock clerk for inventory management.
ASSIST CUSTOMERS: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support pre and post-sale, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
CLEAN THE SELLING AREA: Keep work area tidy during off-peak hours, including regular cleaning and organizing.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate/College level
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, able to work independently
- Flexible with retail hours
- Open to fresh graduates
