Job Description
Seeking experienced individuals with Chat and Email support experience. Requirements include strong communication skills, and flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Utilize chat support tools to assist customers with real-time communication and problem resolution.
- Respond promptly to chat messages and emails, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
